A device used to label and tag objects so that they can be identified easily.

A pen-like labeling device that is used to tag labels and put on objects so that they can be identified easily. The device comes in a box that includes: one booklet of reusable labels, one charger and one data cable.

While using the object, ensure the two buttons in the middle is facing you, with the slender pen tip-like portion at the bottom. There are three buttons: the top one at the head of the device is the power button, while the two front buttons control volume and recording, respectively. On the right side, you will find a USB port for charging and data transfer, while the left side features a headphone jack.

Operating the device is straightforward. Long-press the power button to turn it on or off, the audio prompts will guide you. Adjust the volume using the left button, with voice feedback confirming the selected level. To initiate tagging, place the pen on top of a label and press the right button or the record one. The device will prompt "start recording." While holding the button, speak the desired voice label, and release the button to stop recording. At this point the device will say 'recording stopped'. Verify the label by placing the pen onto it again and confirming the recorded voice command. Once confirmed, promptly affix the label to the respective object to avoid misplacement. To change or re-edit a voice command on a label, simply point the pen at it, press the record button, and repeat the recording process.

This device offers several advantages. It can tag various items such as calendars, files, clothes, books, and food packaging. With 8 GB of memory, all recordings are stored internally, allowing for re-recording even after labels are affixed. A fully charged battery provides two to three hours of talk time, with low battery warnings for user convenience. Additionally, an auto-off function conserves battery life by powering down after two minutes of inactivity.

Users should keep a few considerations in mind. It is advisable to use the same device for labeling of all items so that all the data is maintained and stored in one place. Also, when labels are depleted or used completely, additional reusable labels can be purchased.
